Wellness has become an integral part in Catt’s lifestyle - “I recharge and reset most mornings with some form of meditation. Whether it’s embracing stillness outside listening to birds singing or dipping into one of my favorite spiritual books, I make it a point to slowly go inward, work on my breathing, and frame the day ahead in a positive light. As for fitness, I am obsessed withP.volve! It's high-intensity, low-impact toning and sculpting that I can do from home. It’s been a game changer because I can stream classes anywhere with their proprietary equipment and workout from 20 minutes to an hour and feel fabulous. I have more energy and feel stronger having practiced this regimen for the last three months. I will also incorporate some hot yoga into my fitness to feel extra relaxed and get my mind right.”

You’ll see Catt make a return to tv soon. She has a first look deal with TNT and is developing a new unscripted show that she’ll host and executive produce(in 2020!)

Catt also shares her journey as a mother, journalist, and activist by speaking at a myriad of conferences, panels, and events. If Catt cold give her younger self one piece of advice it would be: “You’ve always had the power." It’s like that famous saying when Dorothy clicks her heels in theWizard of Oz. Like most young women, we can be insecure or unsure or unclear about our purpose and place in this world. Had I had some of the wisdom then that I do now, I probably wouldn’t have let fear stand as often. We are limitless if we just believe. I now know that today!!

An Indiana native, Catt is the proud mother of two teenage boys, Austin and Arion. Together they live in Los Angeles with their rescue dog Scarlett and their cat, Kylo and her boyfriend, Nick, and his two dogs Dodger and Hazel. Catt loves stamping her passport, eating clean and green, rooting on the Pacers and Hoosiers, and singing karaoke in Koreatown, LA. She has seven tattoos—many to do with her family, her proudest accomplishment of all.
