We’re talking aboutLong Shot, which starsCharlize TheronandSeth Rogen. The 2019 movie was recently added to Netflix’s database, and it’s already claimed the number one spot on the streaming service’slist of most-watched movies. (It’s currently ranked ahead ofThe Devil on Trial,Tammy,The Misfits,ReptileandSpy Kids.)
The story revolves around two very different people. First, Charlotte (Theron) is a politician who’s considered to be quite accomplished. Next, Fred (Rogen) is a talented journalist who thrives on pushing the limits. When the duo cross paths, they soon realize that Charlotte used to babysit Fred when he was a child.
Charlotte is preparing to launch her presidential campaign, and she’s looking for a speechwriter. So, she goes against her team’s wishes and hires Fred to take on the high-pressure role.
