2. What Is 'lovecraft Country' About?

Lovecraft Countryis based on Matt Ruff’s 2016 horror novel of the same name. The series takes place during the era of Jim Crow laws, and tells the story of Atticus Black, a young veteran who travels to the south in an attempt to carry on his father’s legacy. During his journey, he encounters both human and supernatural obstacles that will make you say, “WTF.” Think of it as a cross betweenStranger ThingsandThe Outsider.
