HITCreported that Luisa merch is outselling that of other characters, like Isabella, andCNNtheorizes that this is because young viewers can relate to the middle child's struggle with anxiety. Therapist Jenny Lemus told the site that Luisa's character “describes what anxiety feels like perfectly,” especially for many first-generation Latinos.
