In late 2020,Kate MiddletonandPrince Williamwelcomed a new puppy to the fam. Before the passing of their family pet, Lupo, the royal couple received the small puppy as a gift. And now, the name of the adorable pooch has *finally* been revealed.
Peoplereported the name of their dog is (drumroll please) Orla. The dog made an official debut inPrincess Charlotte’s newly sharedbirthday portraitsfor her 7th birthday. The snapshots were taken by Middleton herself and were posted to the couple’s official Instagram account.
The first photo featured the young royal seated next to the English Cocker Spaniel in a field of flowers. Charlotte sported a blue knit sweater with a polka dot Peter pan collar underneath. Meanwhile, she paired the look with a pair of navy slacks.
