It all started yesterday when Bob Iger—CEO of The Walt Disney Company—announced that the studio is developing a reimagined version of the beloved Christmas movie for Disney+, an all-new streaming platform that is expected to launch later this year.

Shortly after the news broke, Culkin poked fun at the project by posting a photo on his personal Instagram account, in which he channels a modern-day version of his character.

The pic features the 38-year-old actor sitting on the couch with his belly hanging out, complete with leftovers and a laptop.

He captioned the post, “This is what an updatedHome Alonewould actually look like.”

Culkin even called out the studio on Twitter andwrote, “Hey @Disney, call me!”

Although we don’t know if he’ll appear in the remake, we wouldn’t blame Disney for offering him a cameo, since he coined the franchise’s iconicHome Aloneface.
