Whoopsie! Ryan Seacrest Accidentally Revealed the ‘American Idol’ Finale Results Early

Season 16 winnerMaddie Poppejust spilled a major secret about theAmerican Idolfinale and, um, how could you?

On yesterday’s episode ofLive with Kelly and Ryan, the 19-year-old threw host Ryan Seacrest under the bus while discussing how it felt to win theABC series.

She said, “I have to tell you guys something. Ryan you’re really bad at hiding the card.” Yes, as in the piece of paper with the winner’s name on it.

Was it a one-time mishap on Seacrest’s part? Nope. TheAmerican Idol赢家也revealed that it’s been a problem throughout the entire season.

“Every week you have it, and I always know I can see it, but I never look,” she added. “But yesterday, there was a moment where me and Caleb look at each other because we both looked at the card before you said it. I couldn’t help it.”

Not that we blame her, but you’d think Seacrest would be able to keep a secret after all these seasons. Way to go,Steve HarveyRyan.
