Meghan Markle Pens Rare Personal Message Connected to Her Days as a Royal

She continued, “As I’ve said before, you provide much more than a handout, at Smart Works you provide a handheld. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand the unforgettable smile that comes across a woman’s face when she receives the Smart Works experience of care, inspiration, and empowerment. Something changes for her in that moment, and sets her on a path she may never have thought possible.”

On one final note, Markle concluded the note by saying, “At Smart Works, you are investing in the future of women, and as a result, the world. I am so grateful to all of you who make this work possible each and every day. Celebrating you from across the pond and wishing you another amazing decade!”

PerHello! Magazine, Markle’s relationship with the charity goes back to January 2019, when the royal duchess first became a patron of the London-based organization. She has shown her continued support for Smart Works since stepping down from hersenior royal positionin January 2020.

According to theofficial website, the charity aims to “give women the confidence they need to reach their full potential,” whether that be obtaining full employment or choosing a new career path in life.
