Meghan Trainor Welcomes Child with Husband and Shares First-Glimpse Photo

It’s a boy!

Yesterday on Instagram,Meghan Trainorposted a celebratory photo slideshow, which features an array of pics taken a few moments after she gave birth to her second child.

Not only did the “All About That Bass” singer, 29, post a first glimpse of the newborn son she welcomed with her husband, Daryl Sabara, 31, but she also revealed the name of her baby: Barry Bruce Trainor.

The first slide features a black-and-white photograph of Trainor lying down in what appears to be a hospital bed while holding her baby boy in her arms. In the caption, she wrote, “On July 1st (our 7-year anniversary of our first date) we welcomed Barry Bruce Trainor into the world.”

She continued, “He was a big boy at 8lbs 7oz...and sideways (transverse), but we had an amazing, successful c-section, and I finally got my skin-to-skin time! Thank you to all of the incredible doctors and nurses who took such great care of us.”

Her followers flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages, with one writing, “Welcome Barry Bruce Trainor! We're so happy to meet you <3.”

Trainor and Sabara (who tied the knot in 2018) also share atwo-year-old son together named Riley. TheGrammy Award winner first announced she waspregnant with her second childback in January when she shared newly taken sonogram photos on Instagram.

In the shot, Trainor holds up the sonogram photos while posing in a bright orange sweater and bedazzled glasses. The “Mother” singer wrote in the caption, “BABY #2 COMING THIS SUMMER,” and tagged her husband.
