Five months afterArchie and Lilibet's titleswere updated, the palace made a few tweaks to the Duke of Sussex's bio page by removing references to "His Royal Highness." PerExpress, there were originally two references to the title, and both were connected to Prince Harry's efforts to fight the HIV/AIDS epidemic in 2016. But now, the title has been replaced with "the Duke" and "the Duke of Sussex."

The change comes more than three years after the duke and his wife, Meghan Markle, stepped away from their royal duties in January 2020. Since then, the pair have been spearheading their own initiatives and agreed to no longer use their "HRH" titles ("his/her royal highness"), which is typically used to describe princes and princesses, including their spouses.

Following their exit, the late Queen Elizabethsaid in a statement, "The Sussexes will not use their HRH titles as they are no longer working members of the Royal Family." It appears that it simply took three years for the website to catch up with the title update.

In addition to updating Prince Harry's and his children's titles, the palace has made several other changes to reflect the new monarchy, including Queen Camilla'snew title. But royal enthusiasts have noticed that the royal family still has website updating to do, following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II in September 2022.

PerExpress, Buckingham Palace said in a statement, "The Royal Family website contains over five thousand pages of information about the life and work of the royal family. Following the death of Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, content has been revisited and updated periodically. Some content may be out of date until this process is complete." Duly noted.

Kudos to the royal family for staying on top of things.
