Prince William Reveals the Star-Studded Lineup for Earthshot Week 2023

If there's someone who can gather a bunch of A-listers in a room, it's aroyal. We had our latest proof of that yesterday afternoon, when the first lineup of hosts, presenters and performerswere announcedforEarthshot Week 2023, which is tied to Prince William's Earthshot Prize Awards.

“Introducing the first of our INCREDIBLE line-up of hosts, presenters and performers for the #EarthshotSingapore2023 Awards ceremony,” the caption read.

The lineup includes such names asTed Lasso's Hannah Waddingham,To All the Boys I've Loved Beforestar Lana Condor and the musical group OneRepublic. Other guests include Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett, Grammy-nominated group Bastille,Coming 2 Americastar Nomzamo Mbatha and TV personality Robert Irwin.

This year, for the first time, the Earthshot Prize Awards will be part of an entire Earthshot Week, which will feature events that connect global leaders, businesses and investors with The Earthshot Prize winners and finalists.

“Join us on Tuesday November 7th as we celebrate ground-breaking solutions to repair our planet and name our 2023 winners of The Earthshot Prize,” the rest of the caption read.

In case you're unaware, the Prince of Wales first held the Earthshot Prize Awards in 2021, as a way to recognize individuals who are developing ground-breaking ways to help our planet’s environment.

“The Earth is at a tipping point,” Prince William said,when he first announcedthe award in 2019. “We face a stark choice: either we continue as we are and irreparably damage our planet, or we remember our unique power as humans and our continual ability to lead, innovate and problem-solve.”

The finalists for the 2023 Earthshot Prizewere announced9月中旬,winner will be revealed at the ceremony in Singapore on Tuesday, November 7.
