The photo was shared to Prince William and Middleton's official Instagram account, where they said, “Wishing a Happy Father’s Day to fathers and grandfathers across the world today!”
In the pic, which was taken during a family trip to Jordan in 2021, the Duke of Cambridge is positioned in the center with Prince Louis seated on his shoulders. Meanwhile, Princess Charlotte and Prince George sit on either side of him, wrapped in his arms. While it's unclear what's going on the background, something has seemingly made the kids crack up, because all have giant smiles on their faces.
Although this is a newly-shared photo, we've actually seen snaps from this family trip before. Last Christmas, aportraitof the family was shared to Instagram, where Prince William and his kids are all seen wearing the same outfits. However, this photo included Middleton, who was captured in an olive green dress.
For those who might not know, Jordan holds a special meaning for the Duchess of Cambridge, because her family lived there when she was a young girl, from 1984 to 1986. Thus, Middleton decided to take her own family there for a secret trip last year.
