Someone call the fire department, because the cast ofLittle Fires Everywhereis too hot to handle.

According toDeadline, Rosemarie DeWitt ofLa La土地andBlack Mirrorjoins executive producers and leading ladies Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington for the Hulu adaptation of Celese Ng’s bestselling novel,Little Fires Everywhere.

DeWitt, who starred opposite Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling as Gosling’s character’s sister inLa La土地and as Midge Daniels inMad Men, will play the role of Linda McCullough, Elena’s (Witherspoon) best friend.

Washington will play Mia, a mother who upends the picture-perfect lives of Elena’s family while a custody battle over Linda’s adopted Chinese-American daughter erupts in the small Ohio town. Sounds likeDesperate HousewivesmeetsSharp Objects, aka the combo of our dreams.
