In a new Instagram post, the broadcast journalist, 62, shared a clip of the newlyweds dipping their toes in the ocean.
Roberts wrote in the caption, “Following our wonderful wedding celebration full of dancing galore…felt so good to wiggle our toes in the sand during our magical honeymoon in beautiful Curaçao! On Friday, September 8, Roberts married her girlfriend of 18 years in anintimate wedding ceremonythat was held in the backyard of the home they share together. The ABC anchor shared photos (snapped by professional photographerChris J. Evans) taken on their special day on Instagram, which show the pair walking down the aisle wearing beautiful white gowns.
“An intimate, magical wedding ceremony in our backyard followed by a joyous reception…ohhhh the dancing!!” Roberts wrote in the caption. “We are immensely grateful to all for making it a day and a night to remember. Honeymoon here we come!”
