1. When Will ‘succession’ Season 3 Premiere?

在仪式的展前,Braun definitively said the series would be back “next year.” What does that mean exactly? Well, we’re not quite sure.

“I think we're going to start hopefully in a few months, hopefully by the end of the year,” he said during an interview. “And then we'll get it going.” We’ll take what we can get.

2. Who’s Starring In Season 3?

While we aren’t one-hundred percent certain, it's fair to assume that all the key players will be returning for the third season, including Brian Cox (Logan Roy), Nicholas Braun (Greg), Kieran Culkin (Roman Roy),Sarah Snook(Shiv Roy), Jeremy Strong (Kendall Roy) and Matthew Macfadyen (Tom Wambsgans).

3. What Is ‘succession’ About?

The series follows Logan Roy, a CEO of one of the world's largest media and entertainment conglomerates, as he considers retirement. When his children learn of the news, they all scramble for power, proving just how dysfunctional this wealthy, American family can be.

As for season three’s plot, however, no one knows what to expect aside from Logan Roy himself (and the writers and producers).

“I nearly fell off my chair because [series creator Jesse Armstrong] never tells you about the next series. We never knew from episode to episode what was going to happen,” Cox said during an appearance onThe Jess Cagle Show, perThe Hollywood Reporter. “It's jolly thrilling. That's all I can say.”

The 74-year-old actor also opened up about the road-blocks the coronavirus has caused when it comes to shooting. “Our problem with the show is it's a verity show because we shoot on the move and chronologically. But we now have to change in a way to be more controlled,” he continued.

4. When Does Production Begin?

Pre-production has technically already started. However, HBO announced in March that it had been delayed due to COVID-19.

Then, in August, Armstrong toldVarietythat he hoped they could begin shooting in New York sometime before Christmas. “Who knows if that’ll come about, but that’s the plan at the moment,” he said.

According to Braun’s interview, it seems like they are right on track. And we cannot wait.
