These Healthy (and Delicious) Protein Pancakes Have Only 3 Ingredients

And take only a few minutes to make

Can a weekend withoutSaturdaymorning pancakesreallybe called good? We think not. Lucky for you, we’ve whipped up a delicious version of your favorite weekend treat that calls for only three ingredients. Oh, and did we mention they’re healthy, too? Now that’s what we call living the dream.

What you need: 2 over-ripe bananas, 3 large egg whites and 1 cupvanilla protein powder.

Step 1: Place the peeled bananas in a large mixing bowl and smoosh them up using a potato masher.

Step 2: Add the egg whites andproteinpowder. Mix together until well combined.

Step 3: Preheat your frying pan or griddle. Coat the surface with butter or non-stick cooking spray to make flipping your pancakes easy as can be.

Step 4: Pour the batter into the pan to make pancakes in whatever shape your heart desires. Flip them once you see air bubbles appearing in the center of the pancake.

Ta-da! The easiest, tastiest breakfast is served.
