In honor of the big day, the35-year-old modelshared a heartfelt tribute to her first-born on social media. She wrote, “to my beautiful, kind, funny, smart, incredible little girl, I can’t believe you are 5 today!!! thank you for 5 truly perfect years. our dream daughter. also props to me and john you’re welcome!!!!” The post also featured a sweet snap of Luna sporting a white dress and a colorful necklace.
