Over the weekend, theDuke of Sussex teamed up withWellChild, an organization for which he is a patron, to talk with parents who are currently caring for seriously ill children. The organization, a children's charity helping to get sick kids and young people out of the hospital and home to their families, shared the entire video call on their official YouTube account.

“I can’t even begin to imagine how hard it is for you, having one kid at 11-months-old. So to see what you guys are going through on a days to day basis, honestly, so much respect to every single one of you,” Harry said.

During the conversation, the 35-year-old also learned about the challenges of social isolation for the families who often rely heavily on support from staff to supply round-the-clock care for their kids. However, Harry was sure to spread some positive and motivational messages.

“It’s amazing, the look on your faces now, you’re dealing with this with such grace,” he continued. “It’s important to remember, just because you’re a parent or anybody could sit there now, smiling like, ‘This is fine.’ What’s going on in your mind about the experiences you had over the last couple of weeks, in some cases maybe years, you know, the resilience, the strength that you guys have is absolutely incredible. You must never ever ever ever forget that.”

The duke is currently isolating in Los Angeles with his wife, Meghan Markle, and 11-month-old son Archie. And although the couple are no longer senior members of the royal family, we’re happy to see them continuing to support the charities closest to their hearts.
