We don't know what the Prinze family did last summer, but this year, they embarked on a fun adventure in Italy.
On Tuesday,Sarah Michelle Gellar(46) shared a few photos from their family vacation in Florence, Italy, on her Instagram Story. While theDo Revengestar typically keeps her family life private, she included a few rare snaps of her husband,Freddie Prinze Jr.(47), and their two children,Charlotte(13) and Rocky (10).
Although Gellar covered her kids' faces with green heart emojis to protect their privacy, fans still got a glimpse of the happy family during their getaway. In one photo, they all pose together from the balcony of a building during a fun outing. Gellar wrote, "La mia famiglia a Firenze Italia," which means, "My family in Florence Italy."

In 2019, while discussing her decision to keep the kids out of the spotlight and social media, Gellar toldCafe Mom, "My husband and I both have careers in the public eye, but my kids haven't chosen this for themselves. They haven't chosen to have their lives put out there, to be judged, to have comments by people they've never met over just a snippet. The best way for us to deal with that was to just keep our private life private."
It's for this reason that Charlotte, who already has her sights set on becoming an actress like her mom, isn't allowed to pursue acting until she turns 18. Gellar toldThe Hollywood Reporter, "We have rules in place. She can’t be in front of a camera until she graduates high school. She says to me, ‘That’s unfair. You were a child actor.’ Yes, I was. But I was not the child of two famous parents.”
