Yesterday, theBlack-ishstar, 48, posted a heartwarming video on her personal Instagram account, featuring the moment she broke social distancing protocol to embrace her father.
The video shows Silberstein standing in the doorway of his apartment complex before greeting Ross with a hug for the first time in months.
She captioned the post, “I finally got to see my dad @bobellis333. Oh, what a hug that was. We went for a wonderful walk in Central Park together and talked and talked and talked. Vaccinated and outside but we still stayed masked up.”
This isn’t the first time Ross has talked about her dad on social media. Earlier this year, the actresscelebrated his birthday on Instagramand wrote, “Happy 50th Anniversary of your 25th Birthday Dad. I know you didn’t want me to tell everyone that but you are the most vibrant and joyful human I know and I love being your daughter. I love you soooo much and I can’t wait to hug you and laugh with you in person as soon as it’s safe [heart emoji] @bobellis333.”
Last year, Rossposted an old selfieand wrote a caption about their much-needed reunion, which read: “Open your eyes, Dad! And I miss you! Looking forward to hanging out soon @bobellis333.”
