Rose Quartz Lattes
Matcha lattes who? We’re currently obsessed with these rose quartz lattes fromRadiant: The Cookbookby Mafalda Pinto Leite. Yep, they have a few ingredients we’ve never heard of, but you can easily find them in a health food store (or online).
Leite explains the healing properties of this warm beverage: “Widely used in Ayurveda to calm and tame inflammation within the body and mind, roses are soothing antidotes to the physical stresses of everyday living,” she says. “Due to its cleansing properties, rose water and petals support the liver in its never-ending quest to facilitate detoxification and serve as a gentle diuretic, promoting healthy and regular elimination.”
Like rose quartz, this latte is purported to purify as well as open your heart chakra and fill it with calming, peaceful frequencies. (You know, if you believe in that stuff.)
